That’s me, the Dennis behind the dinner. I started cooking while I was in university for a civil engineering degree. My roommates and I would take turns cooking dinner for the whole apartment once a week. It became a hard fought competition, to see who would be the best.
That’s how I discovered I really enjoyed this whole cooking thing. I started the blog and my YouTube to preserve my grandma’s recipes, but I quickly ran out of her original stuff. Nowadays, when I’m not working on the blog I’m either rock climbing or acting. I’m working on a horror short film to submit to festivals so that should be fun. Oh, and if you want to see me in something, squint really hard at the background in a certain Netflix movie.
