Pizza Fries
- Cut the potatoes into french fry shape. Fry in a pot of oil (vegetable or canola) at 350 F for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Salt, drain excess oil and pat dry.
- Put the fries in the bottom of an oven safe dish. Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Drizzle pizza sauce on top, cover with slices of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
S'mores Fries
- Cut the potatoes into french fry shape. Fry in a pot of oil (vegetable or canola) at 350 F for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Salt, drain excess oil and pat dry.
- Put the fries in the bottom of an oven safe dish. Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Cover the fries with chocolate chips. Crumble graham crackers on top if desired. Cut marshmallows in half and cover the fries completely with them. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes, or until marshmallows are toasted. Enjoy!
