Oreo Crust
- Blend your Oreos into powder in a blender or food processer. Melt butter and mix it into the Oreos. Spread it into a 9 inch pie dish. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Key Lime Pie Filling
- Separate egg yolks from the whites. Put the yolks in a large mixing bowl, and beat them for a few minutes.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, beat for a few more minutes. Add key lime juice, and combine thoroughly.
- Pour filling into your prepared pie crust. Cover, and put in the fridge or freezer until it sets, about 3 hours.
Whipped Cream (Optional)
- Pour heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl. Beat with a whisk until peaks begin to form, then add sugar. Keep whisking until the peaks are stiff. Serve with pie.
