- 6 tbsp salted butter (melted)
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1¼ cup powdered sugar

Mix together warm water, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, egg, buttermilk, butter, and the rest of the sugar to a large mixing bowl. Form into a slightly sticky dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
Cover bowl with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Melt the butter and whisk with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour the mixture onto a plate.
Grease your loaf pan by running a stick of butter along the bottom and sides.
Make 4 cuts in the top of the dough. Roll the dough in the cinnamon mixture, thoroughly coating it. Put in the loaf pan.
